About 8 years ago I met CD PROJEKT RED at gamescom with their GWENT booth and fell in love with the game and studio. This drove me to create content on YouTube and Twitch and to join the great community around the game. In 2020 I was lucky enough to swap sides and be hired as a Community Specialist for GWENT, the standalone multiplayer version of our beloved minigame. This was where my journey (currently 6 years+) at CD PROJEKT RED began.

The first two years I was focused on supporting a live-service game with regular updates that required regular communication between community and developers. This included planning and executing card reveals together with the community for new expansions or producing developer update videos to better explain the monthly changes our designers had planned.

In 2022 I eventually moved into the international community team and became responsible for our german-speaking community. This meant moving away from just one project and now covering alll of our different projects but for one specific region of players. With GWENT being sunset, this also meant moving away from monthly updates and towards longer campaigns.

Over the past 4 years I have now been making sure that our local players feel seen and connected with us here at the studio. My job is super diverse, covering everything from social media, to creating bespoke content like podcasts, or planning local community events. It is an honour being the point of contact for so many players but also a job that can take its emotional toll if one is not prepared for so much attention.

Outside of work, I love going to the cinema and nerding out about movies. I also enjoy music and going to concerts. Recently I might have destroyed my bank account because I started collecting Pokemon, Riftbound and our own Cyberpunk TCG cards.
